This type of practice allows us to be disciplined about being present in the moment. Instead of wrestling with the past or tangling our thoughts in the unknown details of the future, roll out the mat and reset.
When our awareness is grounded in the present, we are more likely to increase energy and feelings of well being and reduce stress response. Aka – anxiety.
