Yoga for Menopause

It is my great honour and pleasure to invite Marnie Castor to lead you through this practice. Marnie’s intellect, energetic maintenance and authenticity is un-dismissible and infectious. I hope you like this practice along with her additional sessions about this membership. They have been so enjoyable to make.

Perimenopause and Menopause can be a challenging time for a great deal of women. While your system is hoping to figure out a brand new hormonal equilibrium, a girl will experience an array of symptoms: hot flashes, mood swings, depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, and foggy mind, just to mention a couple.

Yoga for hepatitis is a gentle yoga arrangement with forward folds, spins, and easy backbends which are geared towards pacify, energize, and tonify the adrenal glands. And while it isn’t a cure-all, it certainly helps us weather the storm. Besides a regular yoga training, remember, it’s essential to be helpful, patient, and kind to your self.

Menopause is a powerful rite of passage that can deliver us to the shores of wisdom, self ownership, and empathy. Arm yourself with knowledge, learn about how your body is undergoing, and talk about your personal experiences by making a support group full of other amazing girls just like yourself.
